As it is accustomed, you don’t talk to everyone on the same basis. Certain people expect certain things from you. Same thing goes for social networks on a bigger scale. So in 2010:
- You talk on Facebook like you talk to your mother. Anything that goes beyond politically correct can get you into trouble. The occasional naughtiness is entertaining.
- You talk on Twitter like you do with with your friends. Sharing every little nonsense, disgusting or not. Swearing is not mandatory but encouraged -the more confronting you are the more followers you get.
- You talk on MySpace like you’re with a whore. Basically you just get in, do your business and get out. No questions asked, no one admits ever visiting that place.
